The Colts Youth Organization was founded in 1963 and offers the Colts and Colt Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps, Vocal Fusion choral program, PanrhythmiX and Pandemonium steel drum ensembles, and the Colts Summer Band. Over 350 members from 3rd grade through age 21 are members of a Colts program.

The Colts Drum & Bugle Corps is the flagship program and has grown to 150 members, ages 16-21. The Colts travel, rehearse and perform full-time all summer, performing 40+ times for over 250,000 people in 20 or more states, covering 14,000 miles.

The Bluecoats are a marching music education organization made up of 150 young men and women between the ages of 15 and 22. The Bluecoats were founded in 1972 as an outgrowth of the Canton Police Boys Club.

The Bluecoats have consistently placed in DCI’s elite “Top 12” since 1987.  We earned the bronze medal in 2010 and 2015, the silver medal in 2014, and were the Drum Corps International World Champions in 2016.

The Madison Scouts has established itself as a premier youth performing arts organization on the modern drum and bugle corps scene. “Proud, Loud and Pleasing the Crowd”–an unofficial mantra of the corps–the Scouts are known for their entertainment-focused programs that consistently bring audiences to their feet.

Today’s corps boasts 154 performing members selected from an audition process that spans the course of several months. Maintaining a diverse membership, performers join the corps from across the globe each year.

The Cadets, a program of Youth Education in the Arts, is one of the oldest and most honored continuously operating drum and bugle corps with members from all over the country and world.  The corps was founded in Garfield, N.J. as the Holy Name Cadets in 1934 and has won 10 American Legion National Championships and 10 Drum Corps International World Championships.

The Cadets will travel over 14,000 miles this summer entertaining hundreds of thousands of drum corps fans throughout the nation.

Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps, founded in 1976, is a nonprofit youth performing arts education organization based in Atlanta, GA. The primary objective of Spirit of Atlanta is to provide challenging, high-quality programs for youth through a positive environment that emphasizes character and social development, leadership, self-discipline, and the pursuit of excellence.

The corps is comprised of 150 brass, percussion, and color guard members, ages 15 to 22, who perform an 11-minute show that integrates artistic and athletic skill in an entertaining display of outdoor pageantry.

Cincinnati Tradition is a competitive, all age Drum and Bugle Corps based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. The corps has a rich heritage in the activity, and over the last few years has re-branded itself to be a highly competitive performance ensemble within the Drum Corps Associates circuit.
